(NASDAQ: PRFT), a leading information technology consulting firm serving Global 2000 and other large enterprise customers throughout North America, today announced that Jack McDonald has resigned as Chairman of the Board to pursue other opportunities. McDonald served as CEO of Perficient from 1999 to 2009 and as the company’s Chairman since 2001. He will remain as a consultant through year-end.
