After going live with its first Appian application, our client needed a support model that provided application stability in a crucial time, continued enhancements to the application, and knowledge transfer for longer-term support.

Solution Highlights

We set up a “hypercare” engagement that provided application support and a roadmap for key enhancements. In parallel, we worked with internal staff for enablement and knowledge transfer activities. We delivered more than 20 enhancements in the two months post-go live while providing application support.
