Building and Connecting a Travel Community Around the Globe
Sometimes the best way to see a project through to the very end is to be there at the very beginning. With tripFiles, we were there when their project was just an idea: how could we develop an app that allowed users to share travel information as part of a private community?
From an idea sketched on the back of a napkin (literally!), we helped tripFiles design and develop apps for both iOS and Android that became a vanguard in the travel review industry. Creating a private network of trusted travel advisors allowed users to have a highly curated look at a particular travel scene, without all the “noise” often found in other review apps. With UX at the center of the process, we partnered with the tripFiles team to design, build, deploy and continuously refine the applications. Today, users enjoy an experience that is intuitive, responsive and secure – all while delivering the design and high-impact imagery they expect from a travel app.
