A Five-Week Approach to Identifying AI Opportunities

AI AMP accelerates establishing a shared vision for AI within your organization and identifies opportunities to make an impact on both the customer journey and your business.

Week 1: Vision Workshops and Use Case Exploration

Perficient will meet with key stakeholders in a collaborative group setting to establish the objectives and key results that will drive the strategic vision. This includes up to two workshops, at least one of which will be an “Art of the Possible” session to demonstrate emerging experiences and capabilities. We will also document up to 10 potential use cases for artificial intelligence and prioritize the use cases based on anticipated impact, complexity, and readiness. Through this process we will identify the one or two use cases to implement.

Week 2-4: Proof of Concept Development

Next, we will develop a proof of concept (POC) that leverages AI to demonstrate how the technology can help you accelerate your business. The POC will include functional code for one or two of the use cases identified that is optimized for demonstration, but not ready for deployment.

Week 5: Implementation Planning

We partner to develop a recommended plan for further developing the capabilities identified within the use cases and POC. This includes considerations for both short- and long-term initiatives, along with high-level business justification of the proposed effort.
