This highly collaborative engagement lasts approximately four weeks and includes the following workshops:

Future State: We will look at your business objectives and KPIs and evaluate your organizational readiness to achieve your future state.
Planning & Prioritization: We break the future state into a sequence of projects and tasks, identifying the complexity and business impact of each, and then properly sequence them into a roadmap.
Roadmap: At the end of the engagement, we will present our findings in a detailed and actionable roadmap that outlines the steps to transform your existing platform into a composable modern architecture.
