Advancing STEM Education and Career Opportunities
Perficient is a company full of diverse and immensely capable colleagues, and we understand the importance of supporting the professional development of our global community. Yet there remains a gap in opportunities for STEM careers and education across our communities, especially among women in the field.
We recognize the need to drive inclusion and equity, and we’re committed to shattering boundaries and pursuing progress in this critical area while making a difference through our award-winning Bright Paths program.
Training the Next Generation of AI Leaders
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has changed the way humans experience normal everyday interactions and has redefined consumers’ expectations. With our award-winning partnership with the Mark Cuban Foundation, we proudly host free AI Bootcamps for high school students in several markets across the U.S. The foundation is focused on recruiting students from underserved communities to attend AI Bootcamps with a key concentration on introducing girls and students of color to the AI and machine learning space.
Committing to Sustainable Business Practices
Perficient recognizes and embraces its obligation to the environment, its shareholders, and society in general to make substantive efforts to conduct its business in a manner that leaves a minimal carbon footprint on the environment. In its efforts to ensure company culture and employees’ daily practices reflect Perficient’s commitment to sustainability and the environment and continuous environmental objective improvement, Perficient recently completed certification for its environmental management systems under ISO 14001:2015.
Perficient Gives: Paying it Forward to Build a Better World
Our Perficient Gives programs offers colleagues unique opportunities to make a difference in our communities. Each charity supported by Perficient Gives programming is aligned to our corporate giving philosophy.
With the Perficient Gives Global Grants Program, all global colleagues can nominate their favorite charity to receive a one-time $5,000 donation from Perficient. Additionally, the Perficient Gives Charitable Match Program offers U.S. colleagues the opportunity to make donations to the following eight nonprofits via payroll deductions. All colleague donations are matched by Perficient – up to $50,000 total per year.
