PRISM stands for Pride, Raising awareness, Involvement, Support, and Mentoring – The PRISM ERG can play a pivotal role in enhancing workplace culture by cultivating an environment and communality of respect, acceptance, and understanding. PRISM (its members, meetings, materials, and online presence) shall be a place where all employees can be who they are - their authentic selves - and connect with other interested colleagues around the globe.
